North Lakes Sports Club announces the return of Club activities!

Promos, gaming & more

North Lakes Sports Club recently reopened their Gaming Room to the delight of locals on Friday 3rd July from 12pm under the guidance of the Queensland Government Roadmap to easing restrictions.

As the Club returns to increased capacity from 20 people per zone to 1 person per 4m2 Club-wide, more members and guests are being welcomed back to the new normal and increased trading hours.

“From Friday 10th July we look forward to welcoming back weekly meal deals, gaming promotions, raffles, Bingo & live entertainment back at the Club,” commented Venue & Culture Manager Craig Allan.

“Members & guests are ready to get back out & socialise again, and we are so excited to be able to offer them more exciting club activities on top of our regular food & beverage services.

“During these times it’s so important to support local and we are proud to be able to offer local musicians support by providing live entertainment 4 days a week.

“Members and guests will also be pleased to hear we are now introducing free Club Trivia every Wednesday night hosted by popular 97.3FM radio host Mike Van Acker.”

Trivia buffs can register from 6pm for a 7pm start in the Discovery Lounge each week, with lots of prizes up for grabs.

Bingo is also set to return to the Club from Saturday 11th July with the inclusion of a brand new session on Tuesdays.

Online dining bookings for the Banyan Restaurant & Deck are back open for the convenience of members. Members and guests can also look forward to the return of weekly meal deals from this Friday including the return of giant parmy night, seniors lunch specials, the wine & dine meal deal two for one pizza night, as well as some new meal deal additions.

North Lakes Sports Club is moving forward despite the challenges COVID-19 has presented to the club industry and with a strong balance sheet, the CSC Group is moving ahead to come out of the economic downturn but foresees that it will take 12 months or so to fully recover.

“Supporting local has never been more important and we are proud to say that the support from our members & guests over the weekend, since reopening gaming and the removal of zones, we are starting to get back into a new normal again”.
