Conditions of Entry
At CSC Group, we’re committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all our members, guests, and employees. To help us maintain this standard, we kindly ask that everyone follows the conditions of entry outlined below.
Please note that club management may refuse entry to anyone who does not meet these conditions or whose behaviour may compromise the comfort or safety of others. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you to our venues.
Dress Standards
North Lakes Sports Club’s dress standards apply to all members & guests. It is expected that neat and clean attire is worn at all times.
Our dress standards reflect the tropical climate we live in. However, the following dress guidelines must be adhered to:
- Hats and Headwear: Hats and caps may be worn within the club but must be removed upon entry (some exceptions apply).
- No Offensive Clothing or Tattoos: Clothing or tattoos with offensive language or images will not be permitted.
- No Soiled Clothing: Patrons must not wear dirty or heavily soiled clothing.
- No Bare Feet: Bare feet are not permitted, including children.
- No Singlets, Sleeveless Shirts, Swimwear or Midriffs: Singlets, sleeveless shirts (muscle shirts), swimwear and midriffs (revealing clothing) are not permitted.
- No Outside Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the club.
- No Rubber Thongs (Pluggers): Rubber thongs are not allowed after 6 pm.
- No Workwear after 6pm: Hi-vis clothing or steel-capped boots are not permitted after 6pm.
- No Activewear after 6pm: Activewear, including sportswear, is not allowed after 6pm.
Please note that management discretion applies. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any member/guest not meeting these standards or conditions of entry.

Intoxication
Individuals who appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be refused entry. The CSC Group reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals displaying signs of intoxication.
Behavioural Expectations
The CSC Group has a code of conduct in place and all patrons are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Any form of disruptive, aggressive, or offensive behaviour will result in removal from the premises or refusal of entry.
Entry Requirements
As North Lakes Sports Club operates under a community club licence, patrons must meet the following criteria to enter the Club:
Proof of Age
All patrons must have a valid photo ID – drivers license, 18+ card, passport or other recognised proof of age card.
Members
If you are a member of the CSC Group, use the kiosks to swipe in check your rewards balance and activate any current promotions/offers. Please continue to use your membership card throughout the venue and while on the gaming machines to unlock other exclusive member only benefits.
Children
Kids are permitted in the Club until 10pm.
If you would like to join the Club there is a small fee of $5.50 for general members or $3.30 for senior/concession card holders per year.
