Meet The Chef

Leading the kitchen is Head Chef Tara Leonardo, a 2025 finalist in the prestigious Chef of the Year Awards at the Keno & Clubs Queensland Awards for Excellence. Tara is known for bold, modern flavours and thoughtful touches that elevate every meal, from Asian-inspired mains to house-made desserts.
