Craft Beers – Currently on Tap

The Craft Beer Bar features six different craft beers – there’s a beer for every taste!

James Squire “The Chancer” Golden Ale
The ideal thirst-slacking beer, with a tropical fruit aroma, restrained bitterness and dry finish.

James Squire Hop Thief American Pale Ale
This pale ale has a pleasantly tropical tang, a vibrant hint of citrus and an alluring scent of grapefruit spiced with floral aromas. Unlike any other craft beer, this happily hop-heavy brew has the ability to keep reinventing itself as its hop is affected by seasonal changes, this is particularly exciting as it means this beer will always promise an element of surprise.

James Squire One Fifty Lashes Pale Ale
James Squire One Fifty Lashes Pale Ale is the ideal starting point for anyone looking to embark on a quest towards an appreciation of more flavourful beers. This refreshing pale ale has a fruity nose with hints of passionfruit, grapefruit and citrus.

The Byron Bay Hazy One
This one is a hazy, straw coloured larger, loosely based around the Australian Lager. Take in the light fruity and floral aromas. Enjoy a little bitterness balanced by the biscuit-like malty notes that gives this beer a rounded fullness.

Little Creatures Rogers’ Ale
Velvet smooth, Rogers weaves together the best whole hop flowers and toasted malts into a silky mid strength ale like no other. Whole hop flowers used in the brewing process deliver a gentle bitterness and light citrus hop notes that weave together with roasted toffee and caramel malt flavours to create this unique, easy-drinking amber ale.

White Rabbit Dark Ale
Expect the unexpected with this dark ale. Rich and flavoursome, yet ever refreshing, this malt driven ale is beautifully balanced by an aromatic lift of hops. Subtle fruit derived from open fermentation compliments a strong backbone of toffee and chocolate, all bound together by a reassuring bitterness.
