North Lakes Sports Club has announced the return of its Australia Day pop-up carpark party in 2019, which will see the club’s carpark transformed with free kids attractions, food trucks, live entertainment and a pop-up bar.
General Manager Chris Sartori said the club’s main focus for the day is providing a host of free activities for the whole family.
“The day will kick off with our free pop-up carpark party, which will feature a waterslide, jumping castle, animal farm, live entertainment and much more”, Mr Sartori said.
“Families can expect a variety of food trucks to satisfy everyone’s taste, including Asian street food, loaded fries, burgers, donuts, ice cream and more!
“Access to the carpark party will be available for members and guests from 3pm – 8pm through the club’s Discovery Lounge.
“Patrons will need to meet our licensed entry requirements; either be a member of the club or accompanied by a member, a member of a reciprocal club; or reside outside of 15km from the venue.
“Alternatively patrons can also become a member on the day for just $5.50 which offers a host of benefits across CSC Group’s three clubs, including membership until December 2019.
“We’ll have a relaxed dress code in place for the day, so make sure to pack your togs, towels, hats & sunscreen for a day of fun, food and entertainment.
“Then after the kids are tucked into bed, it’s time for the adults with our free Inexcess Tribute Show in the Discovery Lounge with DJ until late.
“Patrons are encouraged to dress up in their best Australiana gear, our staff sure will be.”
The free Australia Day Carpark Party commences from 3pm on Saturday 26th January at North Lakes Sports Club. Kid’s rides & attractions will be available from 3pm – 6pm with live entertainment from 4pm – 8pm.
Celebrations continue into the night with the free Inexcess Tribute Show from 8.30pm and DJ after the show.
